Hi Drew,
It's called "The Cunningham Collection" ... Volume 1 "The House in Rose Valley".
Published by "Phil Cunningham Music Publications" in 1995
There doesn't seem to be an ISBN number mentioned in the book.
Lots of great tunes there but only a small fraction of what he has composed.

Most online info states out of print, maybe as Nigel says some day all his tunes will be published, I'm sure it would be a best seller worldwide.
