Henry Reed (1884-1968) was a fiddler and banjo player from West Virginia. Alan Jabbour, fiddler with the Hollow Rock String Band, met Reed in 1966 and recorded much of his sizable repertoire, which became well known through the release of Hollow Rock's 1968 album "Traditional Dance Tunes".
