Jes Sonnichsen's Styk - or Old Jes Sonnichsen's Piece - is what is known as a "Sønderhoning", a dance and tune type from the village of Sønderho on the island of Fanø. The dance was played by seafarers of old times. I got the tune from a recording of Danish fiddlers.
