  • Content: A fantastic collection of hand-written music by J Murdoch Henderon, who knew Skinner.
  • Dating: Dated on front cover (1957).
  • Availability: Very rare. I first saw a copy in Edinburgh Central Music Library, and in my years of scouring bookshops, charity shops and auctions, I never saw another one until about ten years ago, when I couldn't believe my eyes.
