Old Time is American folk music of a type which is sometimes called "Hillbilly Music" or "String Band Music", and predates Bluegrass. I have had a great love for this music for many years, and I'm delighted to present a workshop on Old Time Music - open to all instruments - at the BMG Summer School, June 2024.

The theme for the course is "Oklahoma" and we'll be exploring some great music and song from the state, and associated technique, and become a hillbilly string band.
