Music

Antonin Dvorak composed his Symphony No.9 in E minor - "From the New World" - in 1893 and it premiered in New York in December of the same year. He was influenced by Native American music and African-American spirituals. Given here is from the second movement, the Largo, and is familiar to many as the theme to a Hovis bread television advertisement.
