Date  7 November 2015 The village of Cardrona near Peebles was a new venue for Mixter Maxter. The rich subject of Railways opened up some great tunes and songs for us to work with.

Date  2 April 2016 I embarked on an ambitious task of doing the same workshop in two different locations, one day after the other. First leg was the fine town of Haddington in East Lothian.

Mixter Maxter 8b MM08b Date  3 April 2016 The second leg was near Glasgow, and a mock rivalry between East and West was created. No actual blood was spilled.

Mixter Maxter 9 MM09 Date  8 April 2017 Haddington had forgiven me after the previous year's battle, so I calmed things down with a nice genteel topic: birds. It was appropriate because of the participants' bird brains.

Mixter Maxter 10 MM10 Date  25 November 2017 Back to Peebles and a drop of the hard stuff: the theme was "the water of life", or whisky. However, we could only sing about it, because drinking would diminish our musicality.
