The Pride of Erin dance was actually invented by a dancehall owner in Leith, Edinburgh. It traditionally uses common Irish song airs as the tunes. In this set, after When Irish Eyes Are Smiling, we have Sweet Rosie O'Grady, Peggy O'Neill, and The Mountains of Mourne.
