Ukulele Workshops
THE UKULELE was my first instrument when I was an eight-year-old boy, and while I didn't play it continuously over the next 50 years, I was happy to come back to it during the current revival. I have been invited to present workshops at the Ukulele Festival of Scotland every year since its creation, at the Highland Ukulele Gathering, and at sundry smaller events.
Whether I'm teaching dance tunes on the uke, Scottish songs, 12-bar blues or demystifying chords and scales, the bottom line is fun, and the ukulele has an inbuilt element of just that: fun, fun fun!
