The Dundee Slow Session (DSS) was started by Heike Gleser some years ago, inspired, they tell me, by me and my musical activities. There is no better compliment, and if I had anything to do with its inception, I am delighted.

On Sunday 22nd June 2025 the DSS will meet in Tayport for the 100th time, a great achievement. I was very honoured when they asked me to lead the session, and I have picked a repertoire for the day, with a few surprises as well!

DSS-100 is primarily for locals and regulars to the session, but if you're keen to attend, contact Heike Gleser (email her).
